The Michèle Dress Trio has played for the London Tap Jam since 2009. 7 years at the famous Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in Frith Street, Soho, amid London's bustling West End Theatre land.

This is such an important event for beginner improvisers up to Tap Masters.

A chance for all to hang together, share together, learn, socialise,  improvise and enjoy. 

A  totally unique cohesive long running event that serves the tap community in a really important way.     A joyous occasion on so many levels. 

'For me personally, I love this gig so much and having been part of the team for so long (and also once a tap dancer) this is where my heart feels totally at home, combining my 2 loves, Tap Dance and Drums. I am doing everything I can to support the Tap Dance scene in UK and have been honoured to be the MD for 9 years now, I will continue to help the London Tap Jam keep it's high standards for a long time to come. Choosing the musicians that I know will enhance and encourage and be sympathetic in every way'
